We update our pre-order menu weekly. The menu for 2/22 will be up by 2/18, giving you plenty of time. There will be at least one item from each of (A) Country Loaves Section, (B) Ciabatta Section, and (C) Sweet Side. 
If you have a request for at least six items of one bread type, please email us before 2/15. We'll do our best to work it into the coming schedule.
