We update our pre-order menu weekly. The menu for 2/10 will be up in time to meet any preorder timeframes. There will be at least one item from each of (A) Country Loaves Section, (B) Ciabatta Section, and (C) Sweet Side. 
If you have a request for at least six items of one bread type, please email us before 2/1. We'll do our best to work it into the coming schedule.
