This Week's Features: 

  • Nonna’s Hearth Bread – 7 Grain  - Slowly simmered organic bulgar is added to a mixture of organic light and whole wheat flour. This bread has a very slight tang, a slightly open crumb, and a softer texture than many of our sourdoughs. (Organic/Vegan)

  • Nonna’s Hearth Bread – Polenta
    Made in a manner similar to Nonna’s 7 Grain, slowly simmered curated polenta is added to a mixture of organic light and whole wheat flour. This bread has a very slight tang, a slightly yellow open crumb, and a softer texture than many of our sourdoughs. (Vegan)

  • Lounging Floridian - This  hearth loaf is moist and a bit more more tangy than the "Floridian Rye". Its slightly chewy texture results from the long fermentation of a rye sourdough starter. (Organic/Vegan)
