Kicked Up Sueño Sourdough -Like our regular Sueño Sourdough, this loaf "sleeps" overnight before baking. It has lots more sifted whole wheat flour, so it has a bit more of a tang, while still retaining a rounded finish (Organic/Vegan)
Table Loaf - An even amount of whole wheat and artisan bread flours are gently mixed with our starter, left to rise overnight, and hearth baked the next day. This sourdough boasts a moist interior, sweet aroma, balanced acidity, and a lasting finish. (Organic/Vegan)
