  • Lounging Floridian - This  hearth loaf is moist and a bit more more tangy than the "Floridian Rye". Its slightly chewy texture results from the long fermentation of a light sourdough starter. (Organic/Vegan)

  • Kicked Up Sueño Sourdough -Like our regular Sueño Sourdough, this loaf "sleeps" overnight before baking. It has lots more sifted whole wheat flour, so it has a bit more of a tang, while still retaining a rounded finish (Organic/Vegan)

  • Table Loaf - An even amount of whole wheat and artisan bread flours are gently mixed with our starter, left to rise overnight, and hearth baked the next day. This sourdough boasts a moist interior, sweet aroma, balanced acidity, and a lasting finish. (Organic/Vegan)
