  • Rustic Plank - This chewy and wheaty flavored "loaf" is bit more substantial than super holey ciabattas. It works equally well sliced horizontally for a sub, used as a bruschetta base, or enjoyed on its own.(Organic/Vegan)

  • Super Soft Sourdough Bagel -  (x3 or x6)  - Made with organic flour that's perfect for bagel-making, this version is soft (yet still chewy), slightly sweet, and not "sour" at all. Please specify light bake (toasting later - ”doughier” crumb), or full bake (slice and eat - darker crust).

  • Number 9 - Not the name of a spy or cologne, it's the starter amount in this slow-rise hearth loaf. Made with organic whole wheat and artisan flours, this technique results in a loaf with a creamy finish and sourdough tang that’s a little less than our #19. (Organic/Vegan)
