This Week's Breads:

  • Country Sourdough - We combine wheat and whole rye flours with two types of sourdough starters, resulting in a moist, tangy and chewy loaf. (Organic/Vegan)

  • Souper Sopper -  Made with organic bread flour, this lightly textured and flavored loaf is the perfect vehicle for sopping up soup, olive oil or spreading with peanut butter. 

  • More Miche - For lovers of our Modern Miche, this loaf has a slightly closer crumb. Still featuring high extraction,  "traditional" organic wheat and rye flours, we use two starters for a wheaty tasting loaf. (Organic/Vegan)

  • People who order 3x/month receive a subscriber discount.

  • Both full & half loaves are available.
