Souper Sopper - Made with organic bread flour, this lightly textured and flavored loaf is the perfect vehicle for sopping up soup, olive oil or spreading with peanut butter.

More Miche - For lovers of our Modern Miche, this loaf has a slightly closer crumb. Still featuring high extraction, "traditional" organic wheat and rye flours, we use two starters for a wheaty tasting loaf. (Organic/Vegan)
