This Week's Features: 

  • Baby Miche – A “lighter” version of our harvest miche. Organic wheat, spelt, rye, barley & buckwheat flours are gently mixed and allowed to slowly rise, resulting in a tangy and moist loaf that has an earthy taste and lasting finish. This loaf is tailored for sourdough enthusiasts. (Organic/Vegan)

  • Black Sesame Hearth Loaf – The untoasted version of our Black Sesame Loaf. This hearth bread is a great “fancy” sandwich option, and may fit the bill for those looking for additional texture without the “super bold” taste of toasted sesame. (Organic/Vegan)

  • Lounging Floridian - This hearth loaf is moist and a bit more more tangy than the "Floridian Rye". Its slightly chewy texture results from the long fermentation of a rye sourdough starter. (Organic/Vegan)
