  • Slow Rise Amarillo Loaf - Aromatic starter, organic flour and a gently simmered porridge of specially curated polenta are combined and allowed to ripen overnight. The result is a moist and flavorful loaf that can stand alone or as the base for a variety of toppings. (Vegan)

  • Slow Rise Semolina – If you’re craving the aroma and flavor of a semolina loaf, but also want a bit of the toothsomeness and tang of sourdough, this is the loaf for you. It’s made with the same ingredients as our Sunny Semolina, but its slow rise makes a big difference. (Vegan)

  • Power Pumpkin – Our Positively Pumpkin bread, loaded with lightly toasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds. If you’ve had any of our sunflower loaves, you’ll be reminded of the texture and flavor. (Vegan)

  • Positively Pumpkin - Unlike many pumpkin offerings, this seasonal sourdough features organic artisan and whole wheat flour, coarse cornmeal, and pureed pumpkin – without the "typical" sweet cinnamon spice blends This sienna-hued bread has the chew and aroma typical of our other sourdough breads, and is flavorful on its own or paired with everything from cheeses to meats.
