This Week's Features: 

  • Table Loaf - An even amount of whole wheat and artisan bread flours are gently mixed with our starter, left to rise overnight, and hearth baked the next day. This sourdough boasts a moist interior, sweet aroma, balanced acidity, and a lasting finish. (Organic/Vegan) 

  • Crunchy Buckwheat Polenta - Loaf  - Aromatic starter, organic flour and a touch of specially curated polenta are combined and topped with a bevy of cracked buckwheat. The result is a moist and flavorful loaf that can stand alone or as the base for a variety of sandwich toppings. (Vegan)

  • Kicked Up Sueño Sourdough -Like our regular Sueño Sourdough, this loaf "sleeps" overnight before baking. It has lots more sifted whole wheat flour, so it has a bit more of a tang, while still retaining a rounded finish (Organic/Vegan)
