This Week's Features: 

  • Floridian Sourdough - This golden wheat hearth loaf is moist and tangy, with a light taste of rye in its finish. Its slightly chewy texture results from the long fermentation of a rye sourdough starter.  (Organic/Vegan)

  • Country Hearth Loaf - Combining features of both sourdough and "traditional" baguettes, this aromatic loaf  features high extraction organic bread flours. It's a bit lighter in chew than traditional sourdoughs, and works well for sandwiches, melts, and as a stand-alone. (Organic/Vegan)

  • Rockin' Raisin Walnut (with Fennel) - A hefty helping of raisins and toasted walnuts are gently mixed into our Country Hearth loaf. We then add a touch of toasted fennel for a loaf that’s a flavor powerhouse. (Vegan)
