Slow Rise Semolina – If you’re craving the aroma and flavor of a semolina loaf, but also want a bit of the toothsomeness and tang of sourdough, this is the loaf for you. It’s made with the same ingredients as our Sunny Semolina, but its slow rise makes a big difference.(Vegan)
Number 9 - Not the name of a spy or cologne, it's the starter amount in this slow-rise hearth loaf. Made with organic whole wheat and artisan flours, this technique results in a loaf with a creamy finish and sourdough tang that’s a little less than our #19. (Organic/Vegan)
