  • Toasted Sunflower Flax Loaf - Gently toasted sunflower seeds and golden flaxseeds are mixed into our Country Hearth bread. This loaf has a rich aroma from both the wheat and seeds, and a lasting nutty finish. (Vegan)

  • Rustic Wheat - This loaf features a high amount of an Italian-style starter, leading to that yeasty smell that some crave. This, along with a good amount of specially milled whole wheat flour, results in a flavorful loaf with a moist and somewhat sweet crumb.(Organic/Vegan)

  • Amarillo Hearth Loaf - Mild --We combine our mildest starter with aromatic organic flour and a gently simmered porridge of specially curated polenta. The result is a tender and flavorful loaf that can stand alone or as the base for a variety of toppings.(Vegan)
