This Week's Features: 

  • Simple Cereal - This moist hearth loaf is loaded with cooked cracked organic grains: wheat, rye, barley, oats, corn and millet (and even some flaxseed). Other than a touch of salt, there is no other ingredient to mask (or augment) the simple taste of these wholesome grains. (Organic/Vegan) 

  • Country Hearth (aka Sandwich) Hearth Loaf - Combining features of both sourdough and "traditional" baguettes, this aromatic loaf  features high extraction organic bread flours. It's a bit lighter in chew than traditional sourdoughs, and works well for sandwiches, melts, and as a stand-alone. I(Organic/Vegan)

  • Mountain Sourdough -        This moist loaf features three organic flours. It's slightly tangier than our Skagit Sourdough, due to the amount of starter and inclusion of a bit of rye flour. (Organic/Vegan)

  • Lotta Kalamata - This moist and flavorful country hearth loaf is filled with rich olives, a complementary mixture of herbs, and a touch of olive oil. (Vegan)
