Floridian Farro - Finely milled whole spelt augments our Floridian Sourdough loaf. Golden in color, this sourdough has a rich, moist and tangy finish. Its slightly chewy texture results from long fermentation of a rye sourdough starter. (Organic/Vegan)
Rustic Wheat - This loaf features a high amount of an Italian-style starter, leading to that yeasty smell that some crave. This, along with a good amount of specially milled whole wheat flour, results in a flavorful loaf with a moist and somewhat sweet crumb.(Organic/Vegan)
Rustic Sprouted Einkorn - Similar to the way we add sprouted einkorn berries to our Lil" Sprout line, here we pack them into our Rustic Wheat loaf. As if this loaf weren't moist enough, the einkorn adds additional keeping quality and a bit of texture. (Organic/Vegan)
